i have also looked on Teignbridge council planning map and that
little bit of road is marked as Seymour Rd
even though the houses on GSV are down as Rundle Rd.
I have been back and done some measuring and took some more
photos

This shows how deep the gulley is.

this picture shows :- pink line edge of gulley
silver line 50 cm from edge of gulley
the blue circle on the picture with no car
is the exact same place as the blue circle which i have added to
ceo's picture also i have
measured the number plate of the mini which is 52cm which gives
you some perspective.
I placed the car in the same position as exact as i could to the
original photo and the silver lines are under the car.
