       Hi all,
       I have an update.
       Thanks to MrMustard, the ticket was cancelled - many thanks to
       him.
       The case went to tribunal. In the evidence pack, the council
       forgot to submit the representations that MrMustard submitted,
       so the appeal was accepted.
