       I did access it before from the ticket itself but I don't think
       we received anything in the post from them. I'll have another
       hunt around. Maybe the browser has saved the login details if I
       attempt to open their site.

       In which case, there is nothing to do. They have up to 6 years
       from the event to issue a claim for the alleged debt. So, if you
       move before those 6 years are up, tell the DPO of the company to
       rectify their data with the new address and to erase the old
       address.

       Really shabby system or slick, depending on who's saying so.
       Turns out, 2 payments for £60 came out of my account on the 13th
       of April 2024 to Parking Control Management!
       Seems that that while their page crashed or declined on the
       occasions I attempted to pay, they actually went through.
       Essentially they now owe us £60!
       What is extra strang is how their system showed we owed £100 a
       few days later when I logged in to try again.
       Any advice on getting the £60 back would be appreciated :/

       Write to them and point out the issue, with evidence.
       Or contact your bank for a charge back.
