       too often we don't get to hear the outcome.
       " It turned out that the complaint process worked fine. The
       county council processed the complaint and agreed to pay me back
       the £303 and also cancelled the PCN which was totally out of my
       expectation."
       Do I understand correctly that Cambridgeshire County Council
       have refunded the £303 court fee? Have you received the refund
       as yet?

       Yes I've already received the £303 court fee, and the PCN is
       gone.
       I didn't ask for the PCN to be cancelled, it came as an added
       benefit which made my very happy.
