       I've had a response to my appeal - it hasn't really made any
       reference to the points I raised and talks a lot abut loading
       which I didn't raise.
       The letter is dated 2 May but I have not received it until today
       (14 May).
       Any guidance on next steps would be very much appreciated.

       It might be worth checking the PCN status on
  HTML https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/challenge-a-pcn
       once every
       couple of weeks, just in case the NTO is lost in the post. The
       PCN status should tell you when the NTO has been issued.

       Hi [member=1]cp8759[/member] - I have just checked and there's
       no reference of the NTO being issues, but there is an update on
       31 May saying "on hold - DVLA action", I've attached a
       screenshot below. Any ideas what this might mean?

       It means they've asked DVLA for the registered keeper's name and
       address, but have not had a response yet.
