Barnet - Parked in restricted street during prescribed hours

PCN received from Barnet for 'Parked in a restricted street
during prescribed hours'
Judging by the GSV there is only one sign showing the
restrictions on the street and that is on the entrance to
Woodstock Road further down from where I had parked the vehicle.
There is not another sign showing this from the other side of
the entrance nor from where the road splits. (see below link)

Location of PCN :

Entrances to Woodstock Road :

Is there any errors within the PCN and would the evidence based
off the GSV be valid for the appeal?
Thanks

PCN is ok IMO. If this is a CPZ, and you passed that sign, this
is a problem.

I drove in from the other entrance of the street so I wouldn't
have passed that sign

Yes, but it's a CPZ consisting of several streets, so the signs
are at the entrances to the zone. You will have passed the same
sign on your way t your parking location. If you can prove there
was no sign at the street where you entered the zone, you should
win.

There is another thread going about a street in Golders Green,
which is a rather large CPZ. Try re-driving your approach
virtually using GSV. Always remember in London when parking-up,
that, "if it looks too good to be true, then it is too good to
be true".

Out of curiosity, if one can not simply afford to pay a PCN is
there procedures to set up direct debits for payment or must
people wait for bailiffs for these options with all extra
fees...

The law's attitude is that if one can afford to run a vehicle,
one can afford any concomitant PCNs....

[member=61]privates[/member] did you challenge the PCN, and have
you received a rejection?
