I think the PCN is OK, others may see something that I haven't.
The video shows a clear contravention showing the traffic light
array with a "Straight Ahead Only" arrow, plus a green arrow on
the green phase rather than just a green light. The evidence
looks pretty overwhelming to me. Did you not understand what
the arrows mean ? Or maybe using satnav ?

I only remember that plenty of traffic was ahead and I turned to
the right to avoid the builded traffic.

Er, no, you turned left !
At the moment I see no credible appeal argument, so the discount
looks your best option, but see what the others say. Don't miss
any deadlines on the PCN though !
