       ELMS Legal sent me court claim pack that I had to pay £5 to pick
       up because they hadn't paid postage UK

       totally unmarked enveloper, for a no stopping fine issued
       against my car stopped at a car park barrier at the airport.
       Piss is ls literally boiling. What is the minimum claim for
       MCOL???  as a matter of principle I want it back. I have
       mediation on the 30th of this month.

       What document was it?
       If it goes to a hearing and you win you could raise it in the
       matter of costs. Or write to Elms and ask them to pay the cost.
       The obvious defence I can see is that you didn't "have to" pay
       the £5 to pick it up, at which point Royal Mail would have
       returned it to sender.
