Times24 asking for Photo ID? - Gatwick parking charge

I recently appealed a Times24 pick up/drop off ticket using the
template found on this forum.
I received an email today from Times24 asking for me to send in
“photo ID” for them to verify the driver “against unredacted
images held”.
Using the template before worked well and the appeal was
accepted, but this is the first time they’ve sent a follow up
like this. Please see the image attached.

Ask them to send you their photo so you can match it to any
possible driver.

It’s just a game they play to try and make you do something you
don’t want to do or need to do.
Your original post is too vague because you don’t say anything
about what you said to them in your appeal, but assuming you
said you were appealing as registered keeper and the driver
would not be identified, then they are trying to get you to
identify the driver, which you don’t need to do. They’re going
to reject your appeal in due course so just wait until then.

This is what i said in my appeal.
“ I am appealing Parking Charge Notice LG10177274 as the
registered keeper of vehicle M21NWR.
There is no obligation upon me to identify the driver, and I
will not be doing so.
The Gatwick Airport drop-off area is not “relevant land” as
defined by Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, as
the land is subject to statutory control. Accordingly, the
provisions of Schedule 4 cannot be relied upon to transfer any
liability from the driver to the registered keeper.
You are therefore unable to recover the alleged parking charge
from me as registered keeper.
I require you to cancel the Parking Charge Notice.”

Under no circumstances send them a picture of your licence, they
no right to ask for it and no reason for you to comply.
