Parking Fine at Ely Waitrose

Hello,
I'm after some support again, sorry.
I received an email from my leasing company, stating I had a new
motoring offence invoice of £10. It was a parking ticket from
Britannia Parking, my entry time was 14.33:41 and exit was
17.12:36. The outstanding amount is £100.00.
Previously members on here assisted me and I didn't pay the
fine, due to them being unable to confirm driver and it also
being at Milton Country Park.
Can you help me again, as this is completely, unjust especially
when parking is free- through out Ely.

As that is addressed to Lex Autolease, there is currently
nothing for you to respond to. Lex Autolease must nominate you
as the vehicle's hirer, at which point Britannia should send you
your own PCN, against which you can appeal. It would be sensible
to chase Lex to make sure this has been done.

That NtK is massively out of time for any sort of keeper
liability.
