52m failing to comply with prohibition on certain type of

Hi everyone,
Bit of a very last minute one here as just back from holiday and
just caught this in the post in time at the discount.
My partner drove down this school street at the times the street
is being enforced but completly lost the fact that schools had
started up back after the holidays.
Is there anything on this initial PCN that we can go off on or
is it a thing of asking wandsworth council for discretion on
this occasion?
I know it is very last minute as the discount finishes tomorow
:(

Video shows car moving without hesitation past the two signs
which arer head-on to the direction of travel.
As you say, your wife just forgot the school had re-opened, so
knew ths signs were there but ignored them.
But how does one know when the signs are being enforced and when
not ?
How many days since the school re-opened ?

I myself have driven through this - not deliberately for a
change in my son's car at the time - and have a rather technical
argument re the wording of the PCN which has been a joint effort
between the wizard and me.
I will draft later and it is really important that you copy it
verbatim as this is a formal representation which they must duly
consider. Also, check their website re grounds and limitation
to one.
We dig deep on this forum.
I will send it via PM as well and, if they reject, I will offer
to represent you pro bono as they say in Latin.

Thank you both for the replies.
The schools had just restarted in wandsworth the day before the
contravention date according to the wandsworth website.
I will wait for the draft then and take it from there also I
will also accept your offer of representation. 😉
I have also attached grounds for the appeal on their website.
