These 3 cases clearly demonstrate why we fight PCNs. The
incompetence on display is worrying as most people just pay!

The last couple of weeks have been fairly hectic for me. The
following cases were won v Southwark - one of them won again on
review - and just go to show how incompetent and intransigent
this council is in its wolf-pack mentality/attitude re the
pursuit of motorists even when they are totally in the wrong - I
       mean the council.
Case reference 2260217373: Bus lane legislation. They had the
cheek to ask for a review. NO PROPER WITNESS STATEMENT RE CAMERA
       APPROVAL.
Case reference 2260182665: Moving traffic legislation.
WORDING/TIMING RE ISSUE OF CHARGE CERTIFICATE WRONGLY STATED ON
       THE PCN.
Case reference 2260192636: Parking legislation. COPY PCN SENT
TO TRIBUNAL NOT A TRUE COPY.

It appears that it is my fate to expose this global robbery.
The Southwarkian issues are certainly worthy of Judicial Review.
I post this not to show off - but rather to encourage people to
fight their tickets! In the last case, they presented the win
on a plate. But, one had to go the full distance so as to
examine their evidence to the Tribunal which is dodgy to say the
least. Moreover, they have serious global issues re their
       understanding of the three laws.
As said before, we need to make a team to appear before the
       Transport Select Committee.
