Afternoon folks, PCN NTK received from Euro Parking Services for
location Capability Green Luton.
Period of Parking 1 min 23s!
Where do I begin with an appeal to these kind folk. 83
seconds.. Letter states parked on double yellow
lines/crosshatched bay/Restricted area of the car park. The
vehicle was on a private estate roadway near to an entrance with
no crosshatching momentarily for 83 seconds.

The PCN is not POFA compliant there does appear not to be any
creditor mentioned.
Appeal as the driver do you have any signs of the location.
Looking at it from a logical perspective if you were parked in
order to accept the terms and conditions you shouid have had a
consideration period. They will proably rarely saying that
double yellow lines mean no parking but these are on private
land therefore not placed under local traffic legislation. You
appeal as the registered keeper only.

@Sander333 said "appeal as the driver" and "appeal as the
registered keeper" which might be confusing. The appeal should
definitely be sent as the registered keeper only without
identifying the driver, and do not say anything in your appeal
in the first person when referring to the driver.

Apologies for the error misprint regarding appealing as driver
too much sun. Always appeal as registered keeper.

This is a known entrapment site.
Basis of the appeal should be 'no contract formed - left within
the consideration period'.

After submitting an appeal which as expected has been
unsuccessful.
I note oddly the time of the alleged parking has increased to 3
minutes and 26 seconds, although the language now states present
on site.
I will submit a further appeal to the IPC for some further
effort and expense on the part of this operator.
This remains one of no contract could be formed in this time and
as registered keeper I cannot be held liable for driver.

Nothing unusual about an appeal being turned down by the parking
company they just want the money.
Appeal to IAS just to show that the Registered Keeper is
engaging with the process. Don’t hold your breath this will in
all probability die a slow death in the fullness of time.
