Definitely a de minimis case. It just shows their rapaciousness
and venality, frankly. I would take them to London Tribunals.

Just a sentence on the fact the contravention didn't occur due
to De Minimis, as your car clock cannot be expected to be atomic
considering it was one minute after the restriction started, and
minimal use of the bus lane. (to the council)
