Airport drop off disputes

Is it detrimental to the registered keeper, if multiple NTK’s
are sent for various different times and different days your
vehicle visited the airport drop off area.
As the RK, I have received several and I am fighting every
single one.

You need to post the PCNs and signs at the airport there have
been a few cases on this forum. PCN can be sent for various
alleged violations.

Hi sorry , didn’t make myself clear. I’m going through the
processes as they are no longer accepting the standard appeals
that are normally sent. They have now started asking for DL and
continuing the process. To their ADR.
So my question was is it detrimental to me if I am contesting
several PCNs all at the same time for the same airport.
Hope that makes things clearer 👍

DL?
ADR?
But as long as you appeal each occurrence separately and on its
own you should not be at any special disadvatantage.
I know we all use abbreviations and so on, but it helps if you
don’t! You also have PCN and NTK and RK which I guess we
understand. It involves a few seconds of additional typing but
causes much less confusion.

Thanks.
It’s hard, incomprehensible really, that your driving license
plays any part, and presumably you ignore any requests for it or
tell them where to go.

I imagine they are hoping you might send it so they can compare
to the CCTV pics to determine if you were the driver or not. I
can see that if a single car racked up lots of charges, the
parking co might be inclined to take it to court in the hope
that keeper turns up and matches the CCTV!

Well if that happens it won’t work anyway because I’m not the
driver 😊
But hypothetically, If that did happen, could I send a
representative in my place?
I don’t particularly like courts. Gets my anxiety up 🥹

You could send a legal rep or have the case judged on papers
alone.
In this instance, a judgement on papers would appear to favour
your position on the grounds that a keeper simply isn't liable
on airport land.
