       I would appeal to POPLA purely on the basis that the NtK does
       not meet the requirements of POFA Schedule 4 Paragraphs 9(2)(b)
       and 9(2)(e).
       Make sure that you appeal purely as keeper.

       Annoyingly my time to appeal POPLA has expired. I'm guessing now
       it's just a case of riding out the debt collector's letters
       until I get an LoC presumably?
