       TFL issued parking ticket by camera on Mile End Rd

       Hello all,
       I was parked in the red route for few minutes with a blue badge
       and I got a ticket in the post.
       I have attached the ticket, is there I can do to challenge this
       because I thought blue badge would cover parking like double
       yellow line.
       Any suggestions please

       For a PCN from TFL by CCTV to be valid on a red route, there
       must be clear upright signage present at or near the location of
       the offence, according to a decision by the High Court. I've
       looked at Google Maps images of the area from August 2025 and
       there appears to be no signage whatsoever. It is the burden of
       TFL to prove they have adequate signage and based on what I've
       seen this has been issued incorrectly. Tomorrow ring TFL and ask
       them for the DVD video as evidence of the contravention, as they
       are old school and you cannot view the video online, they will
       send it to you. This will put the PCN on hold and allow time for
       more people to comment.
