Hi everyone one of my drivers managed to get a ticket in Beckton
triangle park is there any grounds we get the ticket cancelled
on thank you for all the help i have attached the picture of the
ticket and all the relevant pictures. Any help would be
appreciated

With you receiving the PPN it is presumed it is owned by you.
Who was the PPN addressed to a named person or a company?

If the PCN has been received by a company then the options are
to nominate the driver or appeal. It is recommended that you do
not name the driver. I cannot recall seeing the creditor details
which must be made known. Most car parking spaces are quite that
and vans rarely fit in them

If the driver is not identified then the registered keeper can
appeal on the basis of non-compliance with PoFA 2012 because
there is no “period of parking” on the notice, potentially
amongst other failings. However it would be wise to establish
the relationship betwen the original poster, the registered
keeper and the driver first of all I agree.

Then you appeal as RK only to the Parking company which will
probably be refused. You will Ne provided with further
information of the next stage of the process.
