       Apologies if not clear, the driver bought food from the drive
       thru, then parked up in car park as they were going through a
       rough time and just needed some time to chill for a bit and get
       themselves together. Due to time constraints I haven't been able
       to go to the car park yet to get photo's of signs and I can't
       find any when searching online, but will try to do that this
       weekend.
       Would the PoFA point alone be strong enough for an appeal?
