Paid Dart Charge instead of Blackwall Tunnel

Hi All,
I feel really silly about this!
I recently went to the South East Coast. I very rarely travel in
that direction. On the way there I used the Dartford Tunnel and
completely forgot to pay it until it was too late. On the way
back, I was very conscious of it and made sure to pay it when I
got back home. However I did not realise that the Dart Charge
and Blackwall Tunnell are different operators!
Anyway, I received two letters, one from Dart Charge. They very
kindly offered me to pay the £3.50 as this is the first time I
have crossed without payment. I have now paid that. The second
letter was from TFL fopr the Blackwall Tunnell crossing. They
say I have to pay £180 or £90 within 14 days (letter dated 12
Aug).
Is there anything I can do to get out of this PCN? I attach an
image of it.

So you have paid DART for two crossings, being the one you
missed and the one you paid in time, except that it wasn't for
the DART tunnel ! So you now have a prepaid DART toll for a
crossing in the future. However, you totally failed to pay TfL
for their tunnel.
I can't see an immediate Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free appeal you can
make to TfL, but you could submit reps telling them what you
have told us and ask that the PCN be set aside and they accept
the toll fee. Also state that you are a very rare visitor to
South East England and just got confused. They'll either accept,
or reject it and ask again for the discounted amount.
