Parking Charge Notice (PCN) - (Link Parking) Paul Court - Not

As the registered keeper. I have received a Parking Charge
Notice dated 13/08/2026 at 03:59.
The charge is showing as £100 or reduced to £60 if paid in 14
days.

Was that a Notice to Driver attached to the car at the time?
If so, does it comply with

paragraph
7, in particular

parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;

If not, note this but do nothing until the registered keeper
receives a Notice to Keeper and check its compliance with
paragraph 8.
Do not identify the driver.
Is the car’s V5C correct?
If this is a NtK, does it comply with paragraph 8 (following a
NtD) or paragraph 9 (no NtD previously issued)?

A small point also the £100 is not highlighted and in small
print on the sign.

LP, pl repost the Notice to Driver so that everything can be
seen.
I also suggest you amend your first post to something like 'It
has been brought to my attention that on 13 Aug. this notice was
placed on the/one of the car(s) of which I am the registered
keeper'.

By my understanding there was a yellow sticker attached to the
windscreen with the "Parking Charge Notice" in there.
When I look at the image of the sign it says something abkut
£100 if a Valid Ticket is not attached.. £60 if paid within 14
days.
I have attached a scan of the ticket as a whole.
