Great thanks. Interesting that recent cases show Lambeth failing
to prove a valid TMO for Minet Road.

I just logged into the Lambeth online portal and they've now
increased the charge for the first PCN to £240. It also says
that it's at 'charge certificate stage'. Here's a screenshot:

I believe I should have 28 days starting on the date that the
Notice of Rejection was served (NOR is dated 3/8/26), so this
increase is very premature. Although this isn't a formally
served charge certificate, can this be considered procedural
impropriety on the part of Lambeth?
The other PCN is still showing the balance as £160 but I'll keep
an eye on it.
I'm also a little confused about the process, as I thought that
my appeal had been rejected and the next step was to take it to
the tribunal. However, the first PCN now gives the option to
'challenge' which takes me to a list of grounds for
representation:

Again, this contradicts the NOR which says my next step is to
appeal to the E&TA. Assume the website is incorrect?
