Havering, code 52M, failing to comply with a prohibition on

       Hi all,
From a bit or research I have a feeling a lot of people have
been stung by this particular street in Romford. I have gotten
two for two 'offences' in one day. The location on the pcn is so
vague and unfindable on maps. I can barely even tell what the
pcn is for. Anyway, any and all help appreciated.

Sure we've seen this location before. Camera is here:

Restriction signs are a bit further south:

       Where did you approach from?
Havering don't re-offer the discount after appeal, but then it's
no brainer to go to tribunal. Have a search of the site for
previous cases - it might be that there's an argument for video
not showing any signs passed, but that would need to be at
       tribunal stage.

[member=5245]Hiram[/member] You know what the angles are to win
this: PCN wording; website and eventually a mess up in the
       process.
I am happy to assist BUT you must do the work please.

[member=885]RichardW[/member] thank you for your response. I
approached from the south per the pictures you sent. The video
doesn't show me passing any signs but I guess the assumption is
that if I'm under that bridge I must have. But as far as I
recall the signage is pretty inadequate and only tells you once
you're already approaching the zone they don't want you to go in
       to.
[member=24]Hippocrates[/member] yes happy to do the work - I
just don't have the legal info in my vocabulary. I did try to
look at previous incidents at this junction but couldn't find
what someone eventually sent to the council
