       The council will refuse your representations because there is a
       very clear contravention. We see lots of cases about dropped
       kerbs, and the only thing that gets success, and even then, the
       OPs have to go to London Tribunals, is that obstruction of the
       sloping kerbstone is not a contravention.
       This is the clue to the enforcement here : -

       So there are usually lots of people parking in streets near the
       station, and the residents just get fed up with people parking
       and making life difficult for them. In many places councils put
       in permit parking zones, so far not in this area. We often see
       PCNs where the lowered section was not obstructed at all, but
       the CEO still served a PCN because the resident complained.

       Thank you appreciate the information so far and reviewing the
       case, i'll get to paying it and avoid ever overhanging even if
       by a few CM!

       Remember, the sloping kerbstones don't count, but you'll
       probably get a PCN anyway, and have to take them all the way to
       London Tribunals for a positive result.
