Brent, Code 27, special enforcement area adjacent to footway,
Nortwhick Avenue

Hi all,
Received a PCN due to what I pressume is parking where the
overhang of my car was past the dropped kerb. The wheels were
within the dropped kerb. In addition, even if I reversed a
further 30cm the overhang of my car would still have sat just
past the dropped kerb. Looking for advice on how to appeal and
what the likelihood of success is.
Link to Google street view:

Ironically can see the car parked in google street view parked
exactly how my car was parked!! (See attached photo)

Key things to be aware of:
- The overhang would have still allowed the owner of the
property to comfortably enter there drive
- The violoation was right near a train statition so feels like
someone being overly harsh

Thanks.
IMO, the photos establish the contravention.

Thanks so no reasonable grounds for appeal?

As regards the substantive issue of the contravention, IMO no.
Maybe someone could find technical arguments regarding process?

Too far over the fully lowered part but its a wide crossover and
probably vindictive of the resident to report this if they did.
I take it you don't know the resident.

That's correct don't know the resident. Its frustrating as the
inside tyres are in and didn't think the council would enforce a
few cm of the body out. Is there any merit to trying to appeal
on the fact it is marginally out and still allowed access or
shall I just admit defeat and pay up?
