Contravention Description: Entering and stopping in a box
       junction when prohibited
       Contravention Explaination:
Location: Box Jct Shepherds Bush Rd adj 210 (va)
       Contravention Date: 20/03/2026
       Contravention Time: 03:40 PM
       Outstanding Amount: £80.00
We are usually extremley careful when driving in london as we
know how inflexible, and strict the traffic regulations are.
However at the this time we cannot afford £80. they didnt agree
with initial representation what should i do and what should i
write in the second stage challenge form, as they dont seem to
udnerstand but there must be some legal obligations and some
rights to us as citizens when we are truly in hardship

Hello. We can try and assist but we'll need to see the original
PCN, the notice of rejection and (if you still have it) what you
       wrote in your original challenge.
When sharing, please redact (only) your name and address.
PCN number, vehicle registration and all dates are important to
       leave visible.
Is this from H&F council or TFL?

The inference that PCNs are based on is that if you can afford
to run a car, you can afford to pay PCN penalties. Of course the
penalties in London are double the rest of the country.
