       PCN Being in a bus lane with Private hire vehicle

       Hi all,
       I’ve got this PCN due to being in a bus lane. I am a Private
       Hire Vehicle driver. I went there to pickup my customer. I know
       where the location is. There is a bus and taxi sign just before
       turning left into the Priory Queensway of Birmingham. So I need
       help to appeal this PCN. Thanks a lot!
