Really I thought it said I had 28 days to appeal from the
rejection letter date.
Please confirm
As I have set a date in my diary to respond on 17/08/26

The PCN itself will often contained flawed wording which will be
fatal to any attempt to transfer liability to the keeper.
Also, original PCNs often have photos of the vehicle entering
and exiting the area. If the driver's face is visible in one of
those pictures than I suspect they asked for a copy of the
keeper's license to compare so they could argue that the keeper
was the driver. It's sneaky, underhanded, and thus entirely on
brand for a parking company to try it.

This is airport land so POFA won't apply.
However, this is IAS so they will spout nonsense about Elliott v
Loake in an effort to circumvent the requirements of POFA.
Nothing to do now except wait for a Letter Before Claim.

I am about to respond compile a response for the IAS appeal.
Do I just reiterate my original appeal or is there something
else I should do?

I would add a quote to the relevant legislation as well, eg
Paragraph 3(1).

To whom? Nothing to do with the creditor, if you want to
'appeal' to IAS then log on to their site and register.
Pl stop playing the creditor's silly game with your driving
licence, for goodness sake, a RK might not even have one!!
While you're doing this, pl post the Notice to Keeper, you seem
to have started with your challenge to the creditor.
Don't submit anything until you've cleared with the forum pl.

I believe this is simply the IAS appeal, which we know won’t be
upheld, but is done to show engagement with the process.
