       It's very unlikely that it will; APCOA don't "do" court, the
       only reason it was mentioned was in case they change their modus
       operandi.

       So, don't call them to explain the ticket was never received,
       simply ignore it and all the debt letters?

       Don't call anyone.
       Wait for the Letter Before Claim.
       Every time you contact someone you risk revealing the driver's
       ID.

       It’s a letter from a powerless debt collector trying to entice
       you into giving them money.
