worried there is a chance Hackney may have fixed their website.
I still haven't received the NtO - the informal representation
rejection was also severely delayed, as mentioned above, and I
received it after the discount period.
Could you please let me know whether, if Hackney sorts out their
website and we no longer have a way to catch them at fault,
there are any other grounds on which I can appeal? Or, given
that risk, is it more reasonable to pay the current discount
rate the website is offering?
