       Thanks very much, appreciate your input. One important factor is
       that I didn't technically park, I remained in the car
       throughout. Would that make a difference you think? Would an
       appeal be worth it on those grounds?

       Whether a driver remains in a vehicle or not isn't the issue.
       You refer to park, but the PCN refers to 'stopped' which is a
       different matter.
