       Can't see any way that the adjudicator's findings of fact, from
       which their decision derives, would be interfered with by a
       court.
       But your company(I note you are not the registered keeper) is
       free to try. IMO, they would be wasting their money and wouldn't
       clear the first hurdle of persuading a court that you had an
       arguable case.
