       Without a photograph perpendicular to the back of your car an
       adjudicator may well conclude that the CEO is misrepresenting
       the situation and cancel the PCN, as they did for me in a recent
       similar case.
       I am happy to be your free representative at the tribuunal if
       you are rejected by the council.
       Keep the original PCN safe please.
