Hello,
I am looking for advice regarding this PCN.
I parked my car, while trying to move stuff from my storage unit
to my house, and went in to get a parking permit first.
I came back to a parking ticket after a minute of observation
because I had an old visitors' permit I was going to replace.
Here is an image of the PCN.

Have you kept the parking permit that you went in to collect ?
If so, submit reps on the basis you have told us include a copy
of the permit.

No observation on PCN which is fair enough and pics taken after
PCN time.
Is that you in the last pic.
Important to counter accusation you just saw the CEO and had no
intention to put on a new permit.

Start at the beginning pl. It's better with a full account
because you'll need a cohesive account to succeed.
You were moving furniture into your house and 'went in to get a
parking permit first.'
What parking permit and from whom? Are you a new resident and
your permit, not visitor's but resident's, was in the house?
Where had you lived previously e.g. type of property etc. and
why did you have furniture in storage?
I can write an account, but no idea whether it fits the facts
e.g. been living in temporary accommodation and using visitor's
permits while my purchase of **** was completed. Having
completed I began moving my belongings, from my home and from
storage, I had already applied for a resident's permit which was
inside the house etc. When the CEO saw my car on my first
visit(one of many I made) I was in the process of unloading
items, (**** if I recall) and was inside the house. I accept
that I was displaying a used visitor's permit which I'd
forgotten to take down but was in the process of doing so once
I'd unloaded from this trip...etc.
Plenty of scope from your first post, but what of the above
applies or is even close?...

Hello,
Yeah Sorry; It was late and I was writing this down on a whim.
I am trying to move furniture into my NEW house. So I went back
to my OLD house to pick my stuff up to put into a storage unit.
I parked my car, and went into my old house to pick up a
visitors' parking permit. Because I did this yesterday, I had an
old parking permit in the window, which I was going to replace.
I went into my house, picked it up, wrote my license plate
number down and scratched the correct date just to find out I
had been given a PCN.

Unfortunately I didn't. I chucked it the moment I got the
ticket.

Yes, that was actually my friend who I was with at the time. he
didn't notice the guy taking a picture of him

The visitor's permit on display was for 1 July, the
contravention occurred on 3 July. So, not 'yesterday', but the
day before.
From what I understand, your defence is that you were in the
process of obtaining a permit and/or loading items into your car
for transport to your new property/storage.
What evidence do you have in support of your account e.g. a book
of unused VP, hire of storage unit, paperwork regarding your
move etc?

I got receipts, e-mails confirming my move out, and pictures of
my storage unit and stuff in my car to take back.
