where to send the acknowledgment of service and N9B form??

I have lost the notes that tell you where to send the completed
forms.. does it go to the court?? ( civil national business
centre??) Also do i send a copy to VCS or their stooges Elms
legal?? cheers

Use MCOL and send it online, copying the claimant’s solicitor
also.

Yeah I thought of that but dont you need a password that is
written in the service notes??

It’s on the N1SDT claim form.
If you’ve lost this you should contact the court. You can’t file
a proper defence in due course without the Particulars of Claim
on this form.
