I would also comment on the POFA aspect as the response from the
operator.
The operator does not address the issue of the unidentified
creditor and the person setting out their case clearly doesn't
understand how 'incorporation' works.

Those are the two companies - in law they are totally separate
legal entities - one is not incorporated in the other as there
is no way for that to happen.
Additionally, the NtK uses the wording "T/A" which in law means
"Trading As" - "Trading As" has a totally different legal
meaning to incorporation.
POPLA case (ET6121/001) assessed by POPLA Assessor Paul E Walker
remains totally valid - the pro forma NtK from the operator is
identical in every way apart from the details of the parking -
the creditor is not clearly stated and it remains unclear who
the creditor actually is.

A very good chance I'd suggest.
If the POPLA Assessor rejects the appeal then the Assessor would
be saying that Paul Walker was incorrect.

Evidence.
I will let you know what the outcome is, whichever way it goes.
