Let us know when the operator uploads their evidence as you will
be allowed to comment on it.
At that stage we'll find out if there is any additional pictures
which show the alleged contravention.
I would not be surprised if they pull out on this one as there
seems to be an error in their methods.

Hi, I received yesterday afternoon the evidence from the car
park operators as attached and as requested. 63 pages, long
mainly consisting of photos of the signage on the whole site and
timings of other vehicles entering and leaving the site
including my vehicle. There is no evidence as to where the
vehicle was parked (even though they have CCTV over the main
entrance which would shout any vehicle that was parked there, I
did request images from the car parking company but no response)
and they are relying on the fact that as the registration number
had to be entered manually into the machine to pay for parking,
it must have been parked in a drop off zone.The car- parking
machine is one of 3 located in the main entrance of the
hospital. They are also classing the drop off zone in areas that
have red double lines which is clearly no stopping at any time.
The vehicle had been parked at the hospital earlier that week in
a different car park and a different machine did not register my
registration number then either.
I have a copy of the text that was sent for my mothers
appointment which further proves that the vehicle would not have
been parked in a drop off zone if arriving at 1.30pm and her
appointment was not until 14.15 pm. Should I send this also to
POPLA and how should I answer the evidence letter?
I have 7 days from yesterday to respond.

Is the vehicle reg shown on any other timesheet?
Are there other timesheets in their evidence pack?

22 sheets of vehicles entering and exiting. Attached is last
sheet showing my vehicle leaving.
Have also attached other sheets showing entry and exit of my
vehicle

Do any of the timesheets show entry and exit of vehicles to the
longer stay car park?

Sixth reg down RV68K is shown as leaving at 13.53, fifth one up
on attached. They would have entered seconds after my vehicle.

But they are all marked "Boulevard in/out" - that is the main
entrance.

Boulevard in out is the main entrance onto the site I think,
where the anpr cameras are located. The vehicle was parked in
the car park near where marked public entrance exit which is
clearly marked public car park 9 see previous photo sent) I have
no idea as to why it is being called hospital drop off.
Interestingly the vehicle was parked in the same car park on 2/7
for over 2 hours. A different machine was used to pay for the
car parking - next to the machine that was used on 18/06. Once
bitten….
The vehicle has always been parked in the same car park when
visiting the hospital. Appointments are always in excess of 1
hour, same machines in hospital main entrance are used.

Found another one - M16W entered seconds after my vehicle and
left at 14.29 a minute before my vehicle from hospital drop off.
I am sure there will be a lot more .
The boulevard will cover all vehicles entering the site -
maternity, drop- off and main carpark.
Thank you for your help in this.
