I’d be grateful for any advice in appealing this PCN:
No advance warning sign, although shown on GSV;
Too late to turn off once restriction sign comes into view, also
obscured by overhanging trees;
Location not specified in PCN (very long road)[img

This is possibly for the future: Lambeth have now fixed their
website re price increase when an appeal hasn't even been heard.
BUT, they are dishing out charge certificates after the formal
Notice of Rejection well too early.
So, this is well worth challenging when we have the details as
advised above.

“Your PCN is at discount stage” then a link to the information
page for the traffic adjudicators’ site to explain the process,
nothing about dates other than the date first seen, which they
equate to the date issued (which is not the date of the PCN)

So this is wrong. Please save it for later. 9th July was the
issue date. This is confusing.
I would make a representation on this point at least and I won 8
cases for a lady v Lewisham last year on it.
Website shows no images or video.
