Correct, this was more for where his been parking recently,
which is a loading bay. :)
Noted - Have advised him go ahead and pay the discounted rate,
which is much cheaper then London rates!

Main thing to check if loading in a loading bay is whether it is
open to all vehicles, or restricted to goods vehicles. There is
a "sacktruck" image for 'goods vehicles only' bays on the sign
as well as text.
