       Hi All,
       Date of contravention 10.06.26
       Date of PCN 09.07.26
Are Lambeth out of time in issuing the PCN?
       Thanks

Please read this and update your thread accordingly: -

Sometimes we identify things unrelate to the contravention that
       make the PCN void.
Assuming you own the car and your V5C is up-to-date, they have
28 days to send out a PCN from date of contravention under the
London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2003, (see
top of your PCN somewhere). It looks like they are a day over.

The Archbishop of Canterbury should hear their confessions
regularly re their website. Currently, they issue charge
certificates even when an appeal has not even been filed.
