       The contravention did not occur owing to circumstances beyond my
       control.
       Let me explain:
       At the time of the alleged offence I was travelling to Miami
       Crispy, a restaurant located at 2 Claybury Broadway, Ilford IG5
       0LQ.
       My journey was to travel along the A1400 Woodford Avenue and
       then turn left on Clayhall Avenue.A final right turn onto
       Claybury Broadway would get me to my delicious destination.
       Unfortunately, upon my right turn onto Claybury Broadway, I was
       greeted with a closed road. My only option, as you can see in
       the video was to sort of reverse/swing the car around. I then
       proceeded back  onto the A1400 to access the restaurant from a
       different direction.
       Some people are born making poor driving choices others have
       them thrust upon them. This is very much a case of the latter
       and as such I respectfully request that the pcn is voided. I
       have proof of the visit to Miami Crispy by way of evidence. If
       you happen to be in the area, I can recommend the wings.

       And that, my friends, is the hat trick. This month we have
       successfully appealed a YBJ, a bus-lane and this one too!
       "The matter has been considered and as a result it is considered
       that there are sufficient grounds for the notice to be
       cancelled. No further action will be taken"
