National Parking Control - Not parking wholly within a marked
bay

I got a parking ticket when I parked in my gym. I briefly parked
on the yellow hashed lines to drop the kids in as it was super
hot and busy and there was no parking close to the entrance.
Please help :'(

Unless your name is "Mitsubishi HC Capital" then you have not
yet got a PCN. Your lease company need to name you as the hirer,
at which point you should receive something addressed to you -
make sure they have done this.

Update on this: the lease company did name me as the driver, but
I never received a ticket in my name. The very first thing I
have just received is a notice from a debt collector. Can you
please advise on what I should do now?"

The company would name you as the hirer not the driver.
The driver must not be given in any correspondence, it would be
the hirer.
