       Is this car park just an Aldi car park only?
       No other retailer.
       Strange one if there is someone on site taking photos of cars.
       Also, for the Manager to say nothing can be done even for staff.
       Aldi must have made the contract.

       Not just Aldi, it is parking management for the retail park. I
       rang the head office and they said they can only rescind parking
       eye notices. Lots of complaints about the parking management
       behaviour in google reviews and the chapel allerton Facebook
       group who report the guy taking pictures is not even uniformed.
