       Hi All,
       My mum has received a PCN for driving on Tottenham Court Road
       and continuing over into a section that is for buses and
       bicycles only.
       I can see that this topic has been raised here before and
       challenged and would appreciate some guidance on how to best
       appeal this.
       My father was hospitalised and transferred to Westmoreland
       Street. My mother (who is getting elderly) was on her way to the
       hospital when this occurred.
