MET Parking Services PCN issued with incorrect postcode

Hope this is correct section, apologies if not.
PCN issued for a mcdonalds branch which is further up the road
but photo evidence at the branch daughter visited.
Can this pcn be dismissed for incorrect details?
28 days to appeal from initial notice, however that has now
lapsed and final notice arrived today.
Please advise, much appreciated.
