       Bank Park parking charge
   DIR By: Haabeel

I started working a new job where usually employees or visitors
park in a 4 story building behind the main building of work
which has different floors for different companies and the
ground floor of the parking building is visitors only
My car was parked in the visitors ground floor on two occasions
and two £60 tickets have been issued to me as a result
My employer told coworkers it would be fine to park here

How do I avoid paying this

Neither of the PCN issued mention 28 days to pay so do not
comply with POFA. The second one from what I can make out is
outside the 14 day window. You need to appeal as the registered
keeper do not mention the driver under any circumstances. There
are a number of good appeal posts on this forum which will fit
       your circumstances.

The second one is out of date for keeper liability and that is
       why the wording is different.
The first one is not totally compliant with PoFA Schedule 4
Paragraph 9(2)(b) and therefore keeper liability is not
       available to the operator.

The first one (21012) does appear to mention the 28 days
       required by PoFA.

A good first stage would seem to be talking to your employer...
