They've fixed missing info on the PCNs so we can forget that.
Barking is the borough with most confusion about footway parking
and from Maps views in 2020/21 it was customary to have 2-wheel
up parking on Lawrence Crescent and from the current CEO pics it
still is.
There are no parking bays - it's unrestricted street other than
one disabled bay that is marked as 2-wheel up!
There may well be a resolution in place disapplying the footway
ban in the area.

Hey,
Ive challenged both PCN's and ive gotten a response back for
both.
First Ticket - Rejected (Based it on the chat with the CEO and
that there is no guidance and that i was following what my
neighbours were doing,attached pictures)
Second Ticket - Rejected (Based it on that the Car didnt move on
this ticket)
Do you guys think i should challenge it again or to take the
Loss

THe next stage is the Notice to Owner, sent to the name and
address on the V5C Registration Certificate. Are you the owner
and if so, are the V5C details up-to-date
