Euro Parking Services -PCN- Failure to Enter VRN at kiosk

The registered keeper received the following for a contravention
which occured while a child was being collected from the
premises after orchestral practice by the driver.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The wording on the notice suggests that they are not relying on
PoFA in order to invoke keeper liability.
Never reveal who was driving.
In the first instance, given the name of the car park, I would
go back to the Music Trust and ask that they get the PCN
cancelled - you were a legitimate user of the car park.
Failing that, we can come up with an appeal which sets out your
true legal position.
