       Parking fine when I tried to pay

       Hi
       I'm very new to this. I received a parking fine from bank park
       for overstaying around 29 minutes. I paid for the first two
       hours and tried paying for the extra time many times via their
       app but kept getting an error message. I screenshot the message
       incase I had any issues. I've appealed the charge and shared the
       screenshot with them but they have rejected it saying I can re
       appeal with the IAS if I want to do so. What do you advise me to
       do? I've got proof of the error message which was about 14
       minutes after my time ended (as I tried paying multiple times
       with multiple cards) and I have proof of the original pay and
       display ticket.
       Any advice would be appreciated

       You need to post up PCN and any signs. It appears you may have
       disclosed driver details which was not the best of ideas.
