Paid for parking via App but selected the wrong car - PNC issued
- what can I do?

In summary I paid via the app for my parking session. I even
extended it but what I didn't realise was the app had
automatically selected my default car. As a result, I received a
PNC, which I appealed with evidence that this was simply human
error for the incorrect reg being selected on the app.
Appeal was rejected - I'd like to understand what I can do in
this position and whether I have to accept or can do I have a
case here?
As always, your work does not go unnoticed; truly a national
treasure for the people!

Your appeal was rejected but you need to take this point to
whoever is the next stage appeals body.

Thanks - do you advise that I reply back to them citing F.3
specifically?

Once you've provided a copy of the PCN, a copy of your appeal
and their response, we'll be able to offer further advice.
